No. You sign up, add your dishes with prices and photos, and your page is live. Most restaurants are finished in about fifteen minutes. There is nothing to install and no code anywhere.

Yes, each dish needs one picture, so it is worth having them ready before you sit down to do this. They do not need to be professional: a clear photo taken on your phone in daylight, with the plate filling most of the frame, works better than most stock photography. Your gallery and cover photo are separate and optional.

Not on your own, so choose it carefully. The address you pick at signup is permanent and it is what you will print on menus, flyers and table tents. Pick the name customers already call you, keep it short, and skip anything you might drop later, like a branch name or a year. If you get it badly wrong, message us before you have printed anything and we will see what we can do.

Yes, two ways. The Starter plan is free forever and needs no card at all, so you can put your menu online and see how customers respond before spending anything. If you want the paid features, Growth and Business both come with a 14-day free trial that also needs no card. The trial is available once per restaurant.

Those are marketplaces. They bring you orders and take a cut of each one, and the customer belongs to the app rather than to you. Savoria is not a marketplace and does not send you customers. It gives you your own site, your own web address and your own orders arriving in your own WhatsApp, for a flat monthly fee with no commission no matter how much you sell. Plenty of restaurants use both: the marketplace for reach, their own page for the customers they already have.

However they already do. Savoria does not process payments and never touches your money, so there is no gateway to set up and no commission on your orders. When a customer taps a dish, WhatsApp opens on their phone with the order already written out and sends it to your number. You confirm it and take payment the way you do today, whether that is cash, transfer or POS.

No. Savoria takes the order and puts it in your WhatsApp; getting the food to the customer stays with you, whether that is your own rider, a dispatch service you already use, or collection. We would rather be honest about that than have you find out on your first busy evening.

No. They open your page in whatever browser they already have, and tapping an order button opens the WhatsApp they already use. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for. That is the whole point.

Through Paystack, in naira, on the card or account you already use. Yearly billing works out cheaper by roughly four months compared with paying monthly, and you can switch between monthly and yearly whenever you like.

Mark it unavailable and it stops being orderable straight away, without deleting anything. Turn it back on when it is available again. The dish, its photo and its price stay exactly where they were.

Straight away. Change a price at four o'clock and the customer scanning your QR code at four minutes past sees the new one. There is no overnight sync and nothing to publish.

Yes, with roles, so people only reach what they should. Starter covers the owner alone; Growth adds up to three people and Business up to ten. A Manager can handle the menu and enquiries without touching billing, and you can switch someone off without deleting their account.

You, and whoever you have given access. Enquiries land in your dashboard and are emailed to you, and staff on the lowest role cannot open them at all. They are yours: we do not sell them, share them, or market to your customers.

Each branch is its own restaurant on Savoria, with its own address, its own menu and its own subscription. That suits most Nigerian restaurants, where branches differ in what they serve and who runs them. If you want several branches under one login, tell us, it is something we are weighing up.

Your site stays online either way. Your menu keeps working and customers can still order. If you cancel, you keep the plan you paid for until the end of that period and then move to the free Starter plan. If a payment fails you get seven days before the paid features pause. Either way your menu, photos, reviews, logo and colours are kept exactly as they are, and they come back the moment you subscribe again.

Any time, in both directions. Moving up takes effect as soon as the payment goes through. Moving down waits until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you never lose time you have bought.

Yes. Your dishes, photos and the enquiries customers send you belong to you, and nothing is deleted if you move to a cheaper plan or stop paying. Customer enquiries go to your own inbox, unlimited on every plan. On the Business plan you can also export your analytics as a CSV.

Not yet. Every restaurant gets its own address at your-name.getsavoria.com, which is live the moment you sign up and included on every plan, including the free one. Connecting a domain you already own is something we want to add, but it does not work today and we would rather say so.
