Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of restaurant storefronts and ordering services powered by Savoria. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any restaurant storefront, ordering system, or service powered by Savoria ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Savoria may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

2. About the Service

Savoria provides technology infrastructure that enables restaurants to operate online storefronts, accept orders, and engage with their customers. When you place an order or interact with a restaurant through a Savoria-powered platform, you are transacting directly with that restaurant — not with Savoria. Savoria is a technology provider only. All responsibility for food preparation, quality, safety, fulfilment, and customer service rests solely with the individual restaurant.

3. Placing Orders

When you place an order through a restaurant's Savoria-powered storefront: • You are entering into a contract directly with that restaurant. • The restaurant is solely responsible for confirming, preparing, and fulfilling your order. • Prices, availability, and promotions are set and managed by the individual restaurant and may change without notice. • A payment being processed does not guarantee that an order will be fulfilled if the restaurant is unable to do so. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

4. Payments

Payments for orders are processed directly by each restaurant through their own payment arrangements. Savoria does not collect, hold, or process customer payments. Any payment disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests must be directed to the relevant restaurant. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorisation to use any payment method you provide.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set independently by each restaurant. Please review the restaurant's policy before placing your order. Savoria does not facilitate refunds and has no authority to issue refunds on behalf of any restaurant. If you have a dispute regarding a refund, contact the restaurant directly using the contact information on their storefront.

6. Allergen and Dietary Information

Menu descriptions, allergen information, and nutritional content are provided by the individual restaurants. Savoria does not verify the accuracy of this information. If you have food allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements, you must contact the restaurant directly before ordering. Savoria is not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from allergen or dietary information that is inaccurate or incomplete.

7. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to: • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading orders or personal information. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure. • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law. • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service, including through bots or scrapers. • Post or transmit any content that is abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on Savoria-powered storefronts — including the platform interface, logos, design elements, and software — is the intellectual property of Savoria or the respective restaurant and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on the Service without prior written consent from the relevant rights holder.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to Savoria's Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Individual restaurants may also collect your personal data (such as your name, address, and order history) for the purpose of fulfilling your order. The restaurant's own privacy practices govern such collection.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. Savoria does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savoria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including disputes with restaurants, failed or delayed orders, food quality issues, or allergic reactions.

11. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Savoria. Savoria assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review their terms before use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
