Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Savoria platform. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Savoria platform ("Platform"), you ("Restaurant Owner," "Subscriber," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Savoria reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of Service
Savoria is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides restaurant owners with tools to manage their online presence, menus, customer orders, and related operations. Savoria is a technology provider only. Savoria does not process customer payments on behalf of restaurants, does not fulfil orders, and is not a party to any transaction between a restaurant and its customers. Each restaurant is solely responsible for its own customer interactions, order fulfilment, and payment processing.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • All activities that occur under your account. • Notifying Savoria immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Savoria will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
4. Subscription and Billing
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described in the pricing plan you select. All fees are: • Billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). • Non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. • Subject to change upon 30 days' prior written notice. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription.
5. Restaurant Owner Responsibilities
As a subscriber using the Platform, you agree to: • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including food safety, consumer protection, and data privacy laws. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on your storefront (menu items, pricing, allergens, availability). • Handle all customer orders, payments, and fulfilment independently and in accordance with applicable law. • Ensure that any content you publish on the Platform does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, is not defamatory, and is not otherwise unlawful. • Obtain all necessary licences, permits, and certifications required to operate your restaurant. You are solely responsible for your relationship with your customers. Savoria is not liable for any disputes between you and your customers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform and all software, design, text, and graphics provided by Savoria are the exclusive property of Savoria and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for your restaurant operations during your active subscription period. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the Platform. You retain ownership of all content you upload (e.g., menu images, descriptions). By uploading content, you grant Savoria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform.
7. Data Privacy
Savoria collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. As a restaurant owner, you may collect personal data from your customers through the Platform. You are the data controller for your customers' data and are solely responsible for complying with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Platform to: • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or harmful content. • Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Savoria and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Savoria's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savoria and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute between you and your customers.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel through your account dashboard. Savoria may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or have outstanding unpaid fees. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Savoria will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
